Borrowed from the Pampas region of Brazil, Churrascaria, or Brazilian barbeque, is a style of cooking developed by early South American Gauchos. These cowboys gathered at the end of long days, with their families, and slow roasted meats over an open fire. Their evening dinners featured numerous meats carved tableside.

Chapada is a a brand-new restaurant concept. A combination of American chop house and Brazilian churrascaria, Chapada provides a celebratory atmostphere and unique experience. We have been inspired by the legacy of the Gouchos and are proud to offer this dining option..
